We at LiNiTo Cycle feel fortunate to be considered an essential business during this time. The shop is brimming with bicycles, and we could not be happier at the prospect of servicing our wonderful customers!
The time has come, however, for us to exercise a few restrictions so that we can continue delivering our services while being fair to all customers:
Service is by appointment only. When you call during hours of operation, you will be provided an appointment date and time to confirm. If you do not show up your appointment, you will end up back in the queue to begin the appointment finding process all over. Reason? We make a commitment to hold the appointment for you. If you don’t show up, that was valuable time that was not available for fellow riders. If you get our voicemail when you call, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we possibly can. Please do not call multiple times thinking that we will pick up, or send us a text message thinking that we will respond any sooner.
Walk up service cannot be accepted until further notice. It is not respectful to customers who made their appointment if we have to stop to take a walk up request. Please call us during hours of operation to schedule an appointment. We will make a commitment to hold that date and time to spend time with you on what is happening with your bike and what service is required. Again, if you get our voicemail when you call, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we possibly can. Please do not call multiple times thinking that we will pick up, or send us a text message thinking that we will respond any sooner (sorry for having to repeat this).
Hours of operation remain 10am – 4pm Monday through Friday and 10a – 3p Saturday, Closed on Sunday.
This includes phone calls, which are only taken during hours of operation. Please do not call us after hours as the phone will not be answered. You will not get in any faster if you call us (many times) at 11pm or 5am.
Benefit to appointments. Since you are able to confirm an appointment date and time, you can keep your bike (and possibly keep riding it) until the appointment date. Most service requests take about 3 days to complete, so you can be out and about soon after bringing it in!
